The order confirmation page naturally appears once the payment has been successfully processed and the order is confirmed.

1. Expressing Gratitude


  • Title and text can be set in Confirmation > Main > Title and Desc.
  • You also have the option to include an image in Confirmation > Main > Confirmation Image (80 x 64 px).


2. Customer Support Section


  • You can configure the customer support section in Confirmation > Assistance > Text.
  • You also have the option to include a logo (28 x 28 px) and an email address that can be clicked on by using a button :


  • You can add a logo in Confirmation > Assistance > MailLogo
  • And the email address in Confirmation > Assistance > Email.
  • Alternatively, you can have only the text filled with a hyperlink to the contact form or any other page of your choice.


3. Instagram Section


  • The content for the Instagram section can be found in the Instagram document, which may already be displayed on the Homepage (for more details, refer here).
  • In the first mapping, CSS modifications have allowed elements to be displayed differently. The standard display is as follows:


  • Defined in Instagram > Main > Title for the title; Desc for the main text; ButtonText for the button content; Link for the link behind the button; Instagram Images with images of 355px in width, for example.


4. InStore Only - Appointment Scheduling for Product Pickup


This section is visible only if Calendly is used for InStore appointments. It allows customers to schedule appointments for product pickup. All the content for this section comes directly from Calendly.


5. Order Recap


  • To activate the Order Recap section, go to Confirmation > Order Recap > Is Active = true.
  • Title: "Récapitulatif de votre commande" in Title.
  • For the date: Date de début de location: Text should be added to 'Articles to Return Before,' and this date will be displayed automatically.
  • For Flex and Classic subscription: Date anniversaire: Text should be added to 'Rental Start Date,' and this date will be displayed automatically.
  • For Second-hand: Date de commande: Text should be added to 'Rental Start Date.'
  • Button to return to the account: Label should be added in 'Account CTA.'
  • The order number, product details, and daily prices are automatically generated.
  • You have the option to change the unit "per day" in General > Config > General Config Unit Text. For Classic subscriptions, the price of the subscription plan is displayed instead of individual product prices.


  • Go to Confirmation > Success Text (be sure to activate it with 'Active on Sub' = true in the case of the Classic subscription).
  • Add elements by using 'Add a new element in Links.' For each element, include: an image, text in 'Link Text' (which appears above the image), a link to another page that users can access by clicking on the image.
  • The content in the Success Text section appears above the titles of the images in normal font and on separate lines.


  • A title on the left, then a text phrase, followed by a thumbnail containing an image, text, and a highlighted element.
  • Confirmation > Complements > 
    • title complements for the title; 
    • desc complement for the text phrase; 
    • icon in codeImage; 
    • codeText for the text of the thumbnail;
    • codeName for the highlighted element.
