Email when a customer has set up an alert to be notified of a product's return to stock (Flex and Classic subscriptions)

  • Email sent to the warehouse (or to you) when a customer signs up to receive an alert for a product's return to stock (see this section on the Product Alone page for setup).


Example : 

Configuration:

  • The entire email setup is done in "Emails > Stock Alert for Customer or Warehouse."


  • Subject of the email in 'Email subject' (Essential for successful email delivery):
  • Image sourced from Main
  • Title: 'Title'
  • First text: 'Subtitle'
  • End of text after the list of requested products: 'End text'
  • List of products controlled by the parameter: {{params.productOrPackUrl}}
  • Please note that the signature set in Main is not used in this email; it must be included in the content.
