If a customer requests to be subscribed to the newsletter for rental or second-hand items that you produce, here are your two options.
Instruct the customer on how to subscribe themselves
The customer can go to My Account > My Information and then check the Newsletter box or Subscribe to the newsletter, depending on the label.
Subscribe the customer via the OMS
- In Sylius, navigate to the Customers section and locate the customer using the filters.
- Click on Edit next to their name.
- Check the 'Subscribe to the newsletter' box and then Save the changes.
