InStore and Store Delivery Custom Only: Email Notification when the Package has been Collected by the Customer

  • Sent once the store has approved the customer's in-store package pickup.
  • Example:

  • Subject of the email to be placed in "Emails > Parcel received > Email object" (for example: "You've Collected Your Order!"). It's crucial to include this subject for the email to be sent successfully.
  • There's the option to include an icon between the image from "Email > Main" and the title (recommended format: png).
  • Title in "Emails > Parcel received > Title."
  • Content in "Emails > Parcel received > Main text."
  • Integration of the renter's first name: {{params.renter}}
  • Integration of the order number: {{params.omsOrderId}}, start date: {{params.reservedFrom}}, and end date: {{params.reservedTo}}
  • The signature comes from "Emails > Main.

Example text:

Hello {{params.renter}},

You've successfully collected your order #{{params.omsOrderId}}. You can use the items from your order starting from {{params.reservedFrom}} until {{params.reservedTo}}.
