Order refund email

  • Sent directly after a refund made on Sylius (be careful, this action is not possible if the rental was paid by electronic payment terminal, outside of Stripe or Adyen)
  • As a reminder, for flex and classic subscription models, it is not possible to refund an order which has not already been invoiced, so it means the refund will be possible on the next month only.
  • The refunded amount is not indicated in the email
  • The invoice of the reimbursed order is added as an attachment, it does not include the mention of refund, it is really just the original invoice.
  • Subject of the email in: Emails > Refund confirmation > Email object (essential for this email to be sent correctly)
  • Example :
  • Email body managed in Emails > Refund confirmation
  • Title in 'Title'
  • Mail body in 'Text'
  • Possibility to add an icon that will be between the main image (coming from Emails > Main) and the title. (recommended format: png) 
  • Be careful: the signature of Emails > Main is not included in this email, it must be added in the body of the message.
  • Parameter to use: {{ params.renter }}

Text idea:

Hello {{params.renter}},

we confirm that your order (whose invoice is attached) has been refunded.

You will receive the refund in your account within 10 days.


If you change your mind, all your favorite products available for rent are waiting for you here!
