- Sent as soon as a customer cancels their order from their account or if the customer service cancels it from Sylius. (see: [Under what conditions can an order be cancelled?](#))
- Please note, most of the time, the email announces that the refund is in progress. When the order is cancelled from Sylius, you must also manually perform the refund action. When the order is cancelled from the customer's account, the order is automatically refunded.
Example:Configuration: - The entire email is configured in Emails > Order cancelled
- Email subject in 'Email object' (Essential for the email to be sent properly)
- Image coming from Main
- Possibility to add a centered icon above the title: 'icon' (recommended format: png)
- Title: 'Order cancelled Title'
- Content: 'Order cancelled Text'
- Please note, the signature defined in Main is not used in this email, it must be put in the content.
