Orders statuses in the RMS

Modified on Mon, 19 Jun, 2023 at 5:09 PM

In the RMS, an order goes through different statuses, here is what these statuses correspond to, so that you can quickly filter on the orders that interest you for example. (Outwards view > Order List)

  • Created: mainly in the Date-to-date model, when the order exists but its expected preparation date is in the future because the customer ordered quite a bit in advance.

  • To prepare: the expected preparation date has been reached (defined X working days before the rental start date, to be defined with your Lizee project manager), the order must be prepared. If the expected preparation date has passed, the status is red.

  • Preparation in progress: preparation has started in the RMS.
  • Preparation delayed: the preparation was started and then put on hold from the RMS

  • Preparation cancelled: when the order is canceled on the OMS side, the preparation is automatically canceled in the RMS

  • To be delivered: when products are sent from a central warehouse to stores for withdrawal by customers.

  • To withdraw: when an order preparation is completed and the carrier or the customer must pick it up. (For Store Delivery Custom, the order has reached the shop which acts as a parcel shop)

  • Sent: all packages for an order are sent

  • In transit: in the process of being delivered or returning to the warehouse after a rental (in the case of In-store, the order never passes into this status, it is directly considered as Delivered)

  • Delivered: when the customer has been delivered or picked up their order in store.

  • Arrived: for returns only, all packages for this order have arrived at the warehouse.

  • Processed: All packages for this order have been processed by the warehouse after the rental.

Note: if a preparation is in progress, you can no longer start its preparation, the button is grayed out. Thus, we cannot have 2 people preparing the same order.
