As of now, the data for analyzing rentals is distributed among 3 or even 4 systems:
- RMS: Handles commands, products, clients, and related aspects.
- Lizee Web Analytics: Manages data regarding visits to the website.
- OMS: Used for subscription and flexible rental models, providing additional data.
- Whaly: The new system that will eventually consolidate all data from RMS and OMS.
RMS Analytics
It is accessed through RMS (https://rms.lizee.io), and ten different views are available.
Among these views, two allow data exports: the Stock view allows exporting the list of all unique products, while the E-commerce > Orders view allows exporting the list of orders between two given dates.
Note: Some indicators have a small "i" point at the top right; additional information is displayed when hovering over them with the mouse.
On all charts with a legend, it is possible to click on one or more items in the legend to hide them on the corresponding graph.
The figures displayed in this section are inclusive of taxes.
Lizee Web Analytics
Lizee Web Analytics (https://analytics.lizee.io/) presents all data related to visits on the rental site. The tool relies on Matomo to allow you to analyze the complete user journey of your rental site while respecting the security and privacy of your users.
If you don't have access, please ask your Lizee project manager to create an account for you.
You can find more details on how Lizee Web Analytics works here: How to customize the Lizee Web Analytics dashboard
OMS Analytics
In the case of subscription or flexible rental services (with a monthly payment in both cases), a portion of the analysis data is located in the Order Management System (OMS). This dashboard will eventually merge with the existing data from the Rental Management System (RMS). However, in the meantime, it should be consulted to manage the activity effectively.
