See the calendar of client appointments

In InStore, how to see customer pick-up and return appointments.


In the case where each store manages its own stock of products (= InStore), customers can make appointments for specific time slots to come and collect or bring back their rental products. These appointments go through the Calendly platform and they are visible in the Outwards > Appointment Calendar section.

Be careful, some brands choose not to use Calendly, then the 'Appointment calendar' is still visible, but empty.


How does the calendar work?

Time scale: you can choose to view appointments by month, week, day or in list form (Agenda format).

Type of events: you can choose to see All appointments, only those for picking up orders (in blue) or only those for returning (in pink).


By clicking on an event, you have the option of canceling or rescheduling it. Be sure to communicate with your customer well before performing such an action so that they are not surprised.


How to configure this calendar?

To connect this calendar with your Calendly rental calendar, your Lizee project manager can guide you through the implementation steps. Basically, it involves generating a unique access token, inserted into the RMS database, in order to be able to access calendar data.
