The different RMS user roles and their accesses

For brand-side project management

• Brand Admin: has access to all RMS functions except account creation
• Project Manager Brand: access everything except
  • adding a unique product and its location
  • preparing an order
  • registering a return
  • repairing a product

Warehouse side

• Warehouse Manager: does not have access to the appointment calendar and order pick-up
• Warehouse Operator: like Warehouse Manager minus:
  • management of instructions and their categories
  • the Outwards and Invoices part of Analytics

Case of In Store mode

As a reminder, In Store mode means that there is no warehouse, the store manages its own orders and stock.

• In Store Manager: has access to all RMS functions except account creation
• In Store Operator: cannot:
  • manage instructions and their categories
  • access the Outwards  and Invoices parts of Analytics
• In Store Receptionist: like In Store Operator minus:
  • adding unique products and their location
  • the list of completed preparations and the estimated requirements
  • the repair part of products
  • all analytics.
