I don't see my item as being available on the rental site

This article solves the following problem: My article is in stock and yet I do not see it on the rental site


If an item appears to be in stock in the list of unique products but does not appear to be available on the rental site, here are the things you can check:

  • rental dates: maybe you have selected rental dates, and the system calculates that on these dates the product will not be available because orders have already been placed for this product and these dates. Try playing around with rental dates to see if your product shows up.
  • test / production platform: check the concordance between the platforms you are viewing. If you are on rms-demo.lizee.io, you will see the stock on the test rental site. If you are on rms.lizee.io, you will see the stock on the production site.
  • concerned store: if the rental service is managed in InStore mode, i.e. each store manages its own stock of products to rent, check that you are connected to the correct store on the RMS and that you are viewing the stock of this store on the rental site. To know the store you are connected to on the RMS, click on the icon of the connected user at the bottom left, then you will see the name of the store displayed. For example

On the rental site, the name of the store whose stock is presented is at the very top right:
