It may happen that a product returns from a rental without its unique identification tag (PUID) or with an illegible tag. In order not to lose information on the rental history of this product, we will modify its PUID to put a new one.
In general, we are able to find the missing PUID thanks to the order number, the parcel tracking link and the customer's name, so we will be able to make a replacement.
Go to the “stock” tab then to “list of unique products”. Once your article is found in the list (feel free to use the filters), click on it and you can make two changes:
- Modification of the PUID: click on the 3 dots then 'Modify the PUID'
- Changing the status of the PUID: click directly on the new status
