Whether it is because the products are bulky or fragile, or to give a better customer experience, you can choose to put another packaging than a cardboard for the delivery of rental products.
It can be travel bags, specially designed covers or Fly cases and you want to see them come back. Here's how to manage them in the RMS.
1) assign them a PUID, like classic products
2) enter them into the rental stock as normal products
3) when preparing the order, scan the packaging added to the order, it appears as an optional product
4) When receiving the order back from rental, the expected packaging is displayed and it must be scanned again.
