Lizee Web Analytics (just like Google Analytics) cannot track 100% of customer data. Indeed, some customers have installed browser extensions that block the tracking JavaScript code of their journey on the rental or second-hand site. These extensions include Adblock, Adblock Plus, NoScript, Ghostery, for example.
If you want to see your own visit to the site, for example by checking the visit logs, and you don't see it, it may be due to one of these tracking blockers. You can try using another web browser that does not have one of these extensions, or you can disable your extension temporarily to perform the test.

Thus, aside from your own visits, and since you cannot compel your customers to be tracked, the data displayed in Lizee Web Analytics may not represent the full extent of site visits and conversions.
