How to track the performance indicators of my second-hand service?
The 'Analytics - Second-hand' section will have data only in the case of a second-hand service, of course. If a brand has both a rental service and a second-hand service, they will have two accesses to the RMS to clearly differentiate the indicators for each.
On this view, make sure to select the dates of interest at the top left!
Returns
In the vocabulary of Lizee's second-hand service, a return is a shipment of products via the Take-back Program (TBP). A single customer can make one or more shipments of products, which will then be analyzed to validate their condition and acceptance within the program.
Important: The top 10 concerns a product associated with its size, so you may find the same designation several times in the list, representing different sizes.
The sum of products labeled 'to be restored' and 'rejected' arriving at the warehouse does not necessarily correspond to the total number of items offered for return because some customers make mistakes by creating duplicates, errors in the size of their product, or simply change their minds and do not return their products.

Vouchers
On this tab, track all indicators related to the data retrieved on the generation and use of vouchers.
The total issued for vouchers does not correspond to the total repurchase amount visible in the 'Returns' section because the voucher amounts can be increased if they are generated for rental or second-hand, for example. For instance, it's possible to increase the value of the issued voucher by 10% if it is intended to be used on the rental or second-hand site.
