Track the KPIs related to product refurbishment.

In this view, you can monitor all indicators related to product refurbishment. These typically include product quality control steps, cleaning processes, and replacement of consumable parts if applicable.

In the case of InStore brands (multiple stores managing their own product inventory), the statistics displayed in this section include data from all stores combined.

As a reminder, the refurbishment process is described through a series of instructions associated with each product. Upon return from a rental, a product is manually placed in the "to be refurbished" status. However, it can also be assigned the status "to be returned to stock" if it hasn't been used, "for repair," or "defective." Therefore, the number of refurbishments does not directly correspond to the number of rented products.

The pie chart represents the distribution by product type. The product types can be categorized as follows:

  • Textile: Hangs on a hanger.
  • Small/Medium: Fits into a small locker.
  • Bulky: Stored on a pallet alone or in a large locker.
