In this view, you can track all indicators related to shipments and withdrawals: the number of shipments, distribution by carrier, and much more.
In the case of brands with InStore (multiple stores managing their own product inventory), the statistics displayed in this section include data from all stores combined.
This view allows you to filter based on dates, don't forget to select them at the top left.
There can be a difference between the number of orders prepared and the number of outbound packages sent when an order has too many items to fit into a single package. In such cases, the items are distributed across 2 or more packages.
The number of canceled order preparations generally corresponds to the number of canceled orders.
Cancellation can be done from the RMS (Allers > Order List > click on an order line then 'Cancel preparation') but it is generally done from the OMS: Cancel button at the top right inside an order. This cancellation operation is final.
Orders whose preparation has been 'set aside' (from the order preparation process) are not counted as canceled.
The order cancellation rate includes only orders whose expected preparation date is between the selected start and end dates at the top of the view. It is the number of orders whose preparation has been canceled over the total number of orders to be prepared between the selected dates.
Finally, the view indicates the number of packages sent by each carrier by hovering over the segments of the 'pie chart.'
