Explanations on the indicators regarding stocks:
This page has 3 tabs, each with a different dashboard.

Reminder: In the context of product rentals, we refer to unique products because we aim to differentiate between two products with the same reference, size, for example, but which may have been rented a different number of times. Each product, therefore, has a label with a unique code to identify it.
In the case of brands in InStore (multiple stores managing their own product stock), the statistics displayed in this section include data from all stores combined.
Stock status
This view is a summary since the launch of the rental service; you cannot filter based on specific dates.
Details on stock status data:
- An 'active' product is a unique item that has been rented at least once.
- To understand the difference between products in stock and products at the warehouse, it's important to remember that not all warehouse products necessarily have the 'in stock' status; they might be awaiting refurbishment, publication, repair, or in the process of being refurbished.
- The availability rate is the ratio between the number of available products in stock at the warehouse and the number of undamaged products, therefore, in service.
- A product is considered 'in use' from the moment it is added to a order preparation until it is scanned upon return to the warehouse.
- The utilization rate is the ratio between the number of products in use and the number of undamaged products.
- An unusable product theoretically cannot be repaired, otherwise, it would be in the 'to repair' status.
- The unusable rate is the ratio between the number of unusable products and the number of non-unusable products.
It is possible to export the list of unique products and their statuses from the 'Export' button in the top right.
Summary of information on the Stocks dashboard:
Rotations
This view is a summary since the launch of the rental service; you cannot filter based on specific dates.
Details on stock rotation data:
- A rotation corresponds to a rental, regardless of the duration of the rental.
- This part of the dashboard indicates how many times, on average, a product has been rented, regardless of its product category.
- It also shows the maximum number of rentals made by a product along with its unique identifier: it is potentially still in service (not unusable).
- The average number of rotations is also displayed before a product is marked as 'unusable': this data can be used to validate assumptions made during the construction of the business plan for the rental service, for example.
- Finally, you can see the number of products never used, which also includes products that were returned to stock and have since been sent back to the brand. They may have been rented before being returned, for example, if they became defective.
Logistic
On this tab, you can track all indicators related to the logistics of your products: creations, refurbishments, shipments, and returns. It is possible to filter by date to see the evolution of entries and exits from the rental stock at different times.
Details on logistic data:
- A product is considered 'received' when it is scanned for the first time to be added to the rental stock; one could also say that it has been activated for rental.
- A product is considered 'returned to the brand' in the case where Lizee manages the stock of rental products in one of its partner warehouses, and the product has ultimately been returned to the brand's warehouse.
