Regardless of the service you offer (even rentals), you can export the list of products that have been ordered through RMS > Analytics > E-commerce > Products > Export in the upper right corner.
This export allows you to retrieve a CSV file containing one line per ordered product and the following columns:
- Product Code
- Product Name
- Variant Code
- EANs
- PUID
- Category
- Price including VAT
- Price excluding VAT
- VAT
- Sylius Order Number
- Order Date
- Start Date & End Date (for Rentals)
Note: If you offer both rentals and second-hand products, the way to differentiate a line associated with a second-hand sale from a rental is that in the case of second-hand products, the PUID column is filled, but not in the case of rentals. The start and end dates for rentals are filled by default, even for second-hand products. Feel free to delete them if you are working with second-hand products.
Additionally, if the VAT rates and amounts excluding VAT do not appear in their respective columns, it means that the "World" zone has not been removed in the Sylius administration, as it should be (discuss this with your project manager if it's not clear).
