Confirmation Email for Second-hand Buyback Offer

  • Email sent at the end of the Take-Back form submission, once the customer has confirmed the products they want to return.
  • Contains the prepaid shipping label for sending the items to the warehouse as an attachment (PDF format).
  • Includes the list of products that the customer wants to return.

Configuration:

  • Configured in Prismic > Emails > Second-Hand Label.


  • Subject of the email in 'Email object' (Essential for successful email delivery):
  • Image sourced from Main.
  • Please note that the signature defined in Main is not used in this email; it must be included in the content.


1. Title: Emails > Second-Hand Label > Title

2. Subtitle: Emails > Second-Hand Label > Subtitle

Example:

3. Offer Summary: Emails > Second-Hand Label > Take-Back info

Example:

Summary of your item buyback offer:

  • Recovery Number: {{params.secondHandRequestId}}

  • Total Buyback Offer: {{params.voucherAmount}}€

4. List of Items: Emails > Second-Hand Label > Products Lists (the list is automatically generated and not configurable, only the title of the list is)

5. Text: Emails > Second-Hand Label > Main text

Be sure to place the signature at the end, as it does not come from Main.

You will find your prepaid shipping label attached to this email.


We kindly ask you to print it and attach it to your package, then take it to a Mondial Relais partner drop-off point within 15 days.

  • If you have requested to send multiple items in the same return, please gather them all in one single package.
  • If you have made multiple return requests with different reference numbers, kindly send them in separate packages with their corresponding labels.


Once our Quality team receives your package, we will send you an email with the chosen voucher type within 2 weeks.


As mentioned in the buyback program, the chosen voucher type cannot be changed. You can track the status of your items at any time on your customer account.


Please note that non-compliant items will not be returned to you.
