Customer account

The customer account, accessible from the button at the top right of the header, allows you to view past and upcoming orders, your personal information, and manage product returns in the flex and classic subscription models.

Details of the elements in the mappings


1. Customer Account Presentation

  • "Hello": Account > Account > Hi + Customer's First Name automatically added thereafter
  • Brief text in Account > Account > paragraph


2. How does it work? 

  • Optional button and functionality, to be activated via Account > HowItWorksSlider > is slider active = true
  • Button label in Account > HowItWorksSlider > Link_name
  • Example of slider displayed after clicking the button

  • The slider steps are composed of a title, text, and an image. The numbering 1, 2, and 3 is done automatically. It is possible to add as many elements as desired to the slider.

  • Click on '+ Add a new element in slides' to add each step


3. Log out 

  • Account > Account > Log out button
  • Otherwise, automatic logout occurs after a defined time in an environment variable (ask your project manager)


4. Frequently asked questions

  • Can contain frequently asked questions or any other desired text
  • Title in Account > Account > Block Title
  • Account > Account > '+ Add a new element in block' > Bold sentence for the title, paragraph for the content
  • Possibility to include hyperlinks, for example


5. My information

  • Button name in Account > Account > Info link

6. Order information and order cancelation

  •  Orders grouped by start date of rental: Furthest date in the future at the top
  • Mapping of the texts in this block


  • If no orders have been placed, display Account > Account > no command and the button to go to the shop Account > Account > go to shop
  • Rental from... to... : Account > Account > Leasing date from, Leasing date to

  • "We calculate..." comes from Subscription Order > Main > invoice_explanation
  • "Your subscription starts on the..." comes from Subscription Order > Main > subscription_start_date
  • "Your subscription starts... " comes from Subscription Order > Main > subscription_date_explanation


20. Details on the current subscription

  • Title 'My subscription' dans Subscription Order > Main > My subscription
  • "Plan" in Subscription Order > Main > plan
  • "products max" dans Subscription Order > Main > products max
  • "Taken every" (default) in Subscription Order > Main > 'Taken every ...' 
  • "of the month" (default) comes from Subscription Order > Main > '... Of the month'

  • For the flex plan, in front of each product is the amount per day or month, it can be changed in Subscription Order > Main > per month (visible in the last mapping)

21. Change subscription

  • Title "My Subscription" could be renamed "My New Subscription" in Subscription Order > Main > My New Subscription.
  • The other elements are the same as described in item 20.
  • Cancel button in Subscription Order > Main > Cancel CTA.

  • Subscription Order > Main > Select all and stop (no worries, it doesn't stop anything instantly) 


23. NPS Survey

  • This functionality is available only for the Flex and Classic Subscription.
  • You can ask questions where the answer is a rating from 1 to 10, followed by an open-ended question.
  • If the "Customer Survey" document does not exist, create a new one (click on "Create New" at the top right of the document list) and activate it with Customer Survey > Global Survey > display customer survey = true.
  • Title in 'Main title'.
  • Subtitle in 'Subtitle'.
  • Add as many questions as you want via "Add a new element in Questions." Be sure to clarify what a rating of 1 and 10 means on the rating scale. It's essential to communicate these questions to your CSM (Customer Success Manager) so that they can be added to the RMS (Return Management System), and the responses can be visible in the RMS view > Analytics > After-Sales. Ideally, it's recommended to include the same three questions consistently to ensure uniform result analysis:
    • The first question should be about the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
    • The second question should be related to the outbound process.
    •  The third question should be about the return process.
  • For the open-ended responses, use 'let a message.'
  • Please note that the survey should not be displayed on the mapping, but there's an option to survey the product level once it's selected for return. This information should be filled in Prismic under the Product Survey section, for example: 

  • Details on the 3 questions for products:
    • "What did you think of this product?" (Satisfaction Label) → Response using 1 unhappy, neutral, or happy smiley.
    • "How many times have you used this product?" (Dropdown title Label) → Response using the options added in the dropdown options.
    • "Remark" → Free-text field for writing about the product.


24. Generate the return slip

  • Subscription Order > Main > Generate the return slip


25. Products not eligible for return

  • If the BRAND_MIN_STARTING_DAYS for your account is not 0, it means that there will be a few days between the order date and the subscription start date. During this period, customers cannot request returns for their products. A message will appear next to each product to indicate that it cannot be returned.
  • Message in Subscription Order > Main > product not eligible for return
  • Tooltip to fill in Subscription Order > Main > tooltip product not eligible for return


26. Return Voucher Modal Confirmation

  • Title in Account > Orders > Return Voucher Modal Title (par défaut : Générer le bon de retour)
  • Message dans Account > Orders > Return Voucher Modal Message
  • Bouton annuler dans Account > Orders > Return Voucher Modal Cancel

27. Products returned this month

  • The message in the mapping is not the clearest; the products have not yet been received, but we have acknowledged the return request.

30. "Manage my order" button for second-hand orders

  • Button disabled if the delivery date has not yet occurred or if the legal withdrawal period (usually 14 days) has expired.
