The customer account, accessible from the button at the top right of the header, allows you to view past and upcoming orders, your personal information, and manage product returns in the flex and classic subscription models.

2. How does it work?

23. NPS Survey
- This functionality is available only for the Flex and Classic Subscription.
- You can ask questions where the answer is a rating from 1 to 10, followed by an open-ended question.
- If the "Customer Survey" document does not exist, create a new one (click on "Create New" at the top right of the document list) and activate it with Customer Survey > Global Survey > display customer survey = true.
- Title in 'Main title'.
- Subtitle in 'Subtitle'.
- Add as many questions as you want via "Add a new element in Questions." Be sure to clarify what a rating of 1 and 10 means on the rating scale. It's essential to communicate these questions to your CSM (Customer Success Manager) so that they can be added to the RMS (Return Management System), and the responses can be visible in the RMS view > Analytics > After-Sales. Ideally, it's recommended to include the same three questions consistently to ensure uniform result analysis:
- The first question should be about the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- The second question should be related to the outbound process.
- The third question should be about the return process.
- For the open-ended responses, use 'let a message.'
- Please note that the survey should not be displayed on the mapping, but there's an option to survey the product level once it's selected for return. This information should be filled in Prismic under the Product Survey section, for example:
- Details on the 3 questions for products:
- "What did you think of this product?" (Satisfaction Label) → Response using 1 unhappy, neutral, or happy smiley.
- "How many times have you used this product?" (Dropdown title Label) → Response using the options added in the dropdown options.
- "Remark" → Free-text field for writing about the product.
24. Generate the return slip

25. Products not eligible for return
- If the BRAND_MIN_STARTING_DAYS for your account is not 0, it means that there will be a few days between the order date and the subscription start date. During this period, customers cannot request returns for their products. A message will appear next to each product to indicate that it cannot be returned.
