Order details

In the RMS, several things can be consulted on an order.

To see:

• the products expected in an order: Outwards > Order List > click on the line of an order to see them.
  
• the first name, last name and email of the renter: same as before Outwards > Order List > click on the line of an order.
• the PUIDs associated with an order: Outwards > Order List > click on an order whose preparation is complete, or which has already been delivered, the PUIDs are readable at the bottom right
  
• the link to track the journey of an order (excluding in-store pick-up): always in Outwards > Order List > it is located on the far right of the table, in the "Follow parcel" column
• the status of the payment, of a refund or the invoice of an order: Outwards > Order List > click on the number of an order (in blue), which redirects to the page of the order concerned in the OMS , with all this information.
