Return Request Confirmation

• Sent directly after the customer has generated their return slip through their customer account.
  
• The lessor's first name can be included with the parameter {{ params.firstName }}.
  
• The return slip is attached as an attachment.
  
• Email subject in: Emails > Return confirmation > Email subject (essential for the successful sending of this email).
  
• The entire email is configured in: Emails > Return confirmation.

Additional text can be added between the button to download the return slip and the table containing the details of the returned products: Emails > Return confirmation > Second text
