Confirmation Email for Return Request (Dissatisfaction with Second-hand Product Purchase)

  • Sent as soon as the customer has indicated from their customer account that they wish to return products.
  • Contains the prepaid return label as an attachment (in PDF format).
  • Includes the list of products that need to be returned.

  • The entire email setup is done in "Emails > Return Confirmation."


  • Subject of the email in 'Email object' (Essential for successful email delivery):
  • Image sourced from Main
  1. Main text
  2. CTA Text (at the bottom of the Prismic page)
  3. Second text
  4. End text
  • Please note that the signature defined in Main is not used in this email; it must be included in the End text.
  • The shipping label is attached (PDF format), and there is also a button to view and download it, always located between the Main text and Second text.
  • The list of products selected by the customer for return is displayed between the Second Text and End text.
