InStore specifics for emails sent to the customer

Whether in the date-to-date or in one of the subscription models, the fact that the rental system works "InStore" brings some subtleties. Let's take a closer look.


InStore-specific elements:

  • As compared to the classic date-to-date, csub and flex email routes, in InStore, there is no carrier, so no email comes from there, all emails are generated by Lizee and Calendly
  • When an appointment is made through Calendly, the customer receives a withdrawal appointment confirmation as soon as he has finished placing an order and a return appointment confirmation when he makes the appointment, which means:
    • right away for a date-to-date model,
    • when generating the return voucher for a classic subscription or a flex models
  • If a change of appointment is made, it is at Calendly level that the notification must be managed
  • Any appointment reminders, SMS notifications are also managed at the calendly level
