- I'm done refitting a product, but I don't see it as 'In stock' in the list of unique products, why?
- Go to the "Refit" module, then in "Refit a product"
- FIRST STEP: To see the first refit instruction of a given item, scan its PUID. The instruction has a title, a description, sometimes a picture or another document as a pdf or a video as well as an indication on its theoretical duration.
- GO TO NEXT STEP: Once the previous step is finished, re-scan the PUID to see the next instruction or click the 'Validate and continue' button, depending on what is easiest for you to do at this time. You will do the same thing between each instruction until the 'Finish' button.
The RMS calculates the time spent on each step. This will allow a global process improvement later on. - OPTIONAL STEP: If one step is optional and you don't need to do it, click the 'Ignore' button.
- BREAK: To put a step on hold, click the hold button (2 vertical lines) in the top right corner.
When you click this button, you automatically exit the process and come back to the first page of the refit menu. The instruction which is on hold appears under the "Paused instructions" section of this refit homepage.
You can resume this instruction simply clicking on it.
- MULTIPLE AUTONOMOUS INSTRUCTIONS: If an instruction has been defined as 'Autonomous' and 'Multiple', this is the screen you will see:A new concept appears: the refit location. It allows you to gather all items which have to go through this multiple refit step, before it is launched. It is not mandatory to have a stocking place to run a multiple refit step.
Example: Before launching the washing machine, we could wait to have gathered all products received on the same day, which need the same washing cycle. In the screenshot above, the refit location is called "Machine 1". This is configured in Forest Admin by your Lizee project leader.
The instruction then appears as "waiting" for more products in the refit homepage. The number of products in each storage place is also displayed. When the instruction is ready to be launched, simply click on the line then on "Start" to launch it.The instruction appears as 'in progress' and the remaining time is displayed: - RAISE AN ISSUE: While refitting a product, you can inform the system that you just saw the product is damaged or needs to be repaired. Simply click on the warning button in the top right corner of the page: The next screen lets you indicate whether the product is damaged or needs to be repaired, choose the type of issue, add comments, pictures and also choose whether the refit process should be resumed or whether it is not even worth it because no repair can be done.

I'm done refitting a product, but I don't see it as 'In stock' in the list of unique products, why?
Once the refit process is done, the product has the "to restock" status. You then need to give it a location in order to put it back "in stock".
This logic comes from the folowing fact: in some warehouses, the refit location is away from the stock location, so an operator could refit products by batch and put them back in stock by batch also, later on.
