How do I change the status of an item?

Go to the “Stock” tab then to “List of unique products”. Once your item is found in the list, click on it and you can make 2 changes:

  • Change the PUID
  • Change the status of the PUID


Here is the list of the different possible statuses for a product:

  • To restock: The item has been cleaned, it is awaiting return to stock (used when the product reception area is different from the storage area). Also see: How to enter product locations?
  • To refit: The article is awaiting cleaning
  • Refit in progress: The item is being refitted
  • To repair: Cleaning will not be enough, the product must also be repaired
  • In stock: The item is stored in stock. Only in-stock items are shown as available online.
  • In use: The item has been taken out of stock, it has gone to a customer.
  • Out of order: The item has been removed from stock because it is defective, it cannot even be repaired
  • Lost: The item cannot be found in stock or has been lost by the carrier or by a customer.
  • Sent back to customer: Only for brands whose stock is managed in Lizee warehouses → the item has been returned to the brand
  • Sold: The item has been sold (second hand for example)
  • To publish: Only for second hand services, the article has been received, it must be put online with its photos.
