Conversion funnel

The conversion funnel consists of 3 pages:

Sign-in/Sign-up (skipped if the person is already logged in)
Delivery mode selection
Payment

Each of these pages has its own URL.

All the information for these 3 pages is consolidated in the Prismic document called "Funnel."

Details of mapping elements

1. Tabs labels and titles

Main title in Funnel > Main > First field 'Title'
Tab names in the navigation titles for the stages.

2. Return button

Funnel > Main > return_button

3. "Continue as a guest" button

To allow ordering as a guest without creating an account, the requested customer information remains the same (email, address, phone, etc.), except for the password.
Some brands may prefer to remove this option so that all users can track their orders from their accounts.
To display the option to place an order without creating an account: Account > UserConnectedFunnel > is display guest link = true.
Button Label: Account > UserConnectedFunnel > Guest link

To make the user arrive directly on a registration page rather than a login page: Funnel > Information > First form to show, set it to "Register form" for the registration page and "Login form" for the login page.
For the title and subtitle of the block in Account > Login: title_login and subtitle.
For email and password in Account > Login > login_email and login_password.
For "Forgot password in Account > Login > forget password link.
Button label for login in Account > Login > login_button.
For "Don't have an account? Sign up" in Account > Login > register_link.
If the password or email is incorrect, fill in Account > Login > error login.

Displayed if Account > Protected > 'is displayed on login' = true
Logo coming from Account > Protected > protected_data_image

9. Create account page from the conversion funnel

All the content is managed from Account > Register, as follows:
'custom cgu link for in-store' allows you to input a specific link for each store that may have its own terms and conditions for rental (if they are franchises, for example).
There is the option to not display the text box at the bottom of the page by setting 'is display text box' = false.
You can fill in this text block (visible below the "Stay cool" block) via Account > Data text.
You can also remove the "Stay cool" block by setting Account > Protected > 'is displayed on register' = false.

10. Password forgotten

Four fields to fill in Account > ForgetPassword.
The email sent with the new password can be configured in Emails > Password forgotten.

11. Rental dates reminder

Text can be changed via Funnel > Shipping > 'Your rental from' and 'Your rental to'

12. Delivery and return dates reminders

Titles are editable in Funnel > Shipping > Delivery Title and Return Title.
Grayed-out boxes can be modified via Funnel > Shipping > 'Delivered on' and 'return before'
Please note that in the Flex and Classic subscription templates, only the left date is displayed, and it corresponds to the subscription start date. Therefore, replace 'Expected delivery date' with 'Subscription Start Date

13. Choice of delivery method

The entire set of delivery options along with their prices is configured in Sylius and Forest Admin.
For parcel shops, the "Choose" button can be adjusted in Funnel > Shipping > Choose.
If no parcel shop is found, the text in Funnel > Shipping > 'no parcel shop' is displayed.
If the delivery is priced at 0€, the interface displays the content of Funnel > Shipping > 'free' instead of the price.
If home delivery is chosen, other buttons appear:

'Change my address' : Funnel > Shipping > 'Change my address'
'Next' : Funnel > Shipping > 'Next'

14. Search by postal code in delivery methods

To find a pickup point near an address different from the customer's account address: General > Config > display search delivery point on shipping = true.
On the client side, take into account the postal code based on the delivery method. If the customer is in the pickup point search and then switches to in-store pickup, they will need to change the reference postal code again.

15. Explications on rental, return, etc.

As many elements as you want with a title and text can be added in Funnel > Shipping > 'Add a new element in return.'

16. Field to add a discount code

Optional block, to activate in Funnel > Payment > Disable coupon = false
Block Title: Coupon Title
Example written in the placeholder: Coupon Label
Validation Button Label: Coupon CTA
When the coupon code is successfully applied: the text in 'coupon applied' is displayed, followed by the name of the code used.

17. Credit card for payment

To be filled in even when the applied coupon code removes 100% of the amount to be paid (as a €300 bank authorization is then taken)
Title from Title Form, at the very top of the Funnel > Payment document.
Label for the card number in General > Card Form texts > Card number.
Label for the expiration date in General > Card Form texts > Expiry date.
Label for the CVC code in General > Card Form texts > CVC code.
Please note that the placeholders (example texts displayed in the fields and removed as soon as you type) are not configurable.

18. Validation of Terms and Conditions, Activation of Withdrawal Rights, and Payment

Checkbox to accept the terms and conditions of the rental agreement: Funnel > Payment > cgu
Display of the right of withdrawal waiver checkbox if Funnel > Payment > Enable Retractation agreement = true
Withdrawal period in days defined in 'Retractation duration.' Based on this duration and the chosen rental dates, the checkbox appears or not in the payment step. (it only appears if the rental start date is between today and today + withdrawal duration)

19. Reassurance boxes

You can add as many as you want (but the default display is not centered; adjustments may be needed in the CSS if an odd number is used).
To add these reassurance boxes, go to Funnel > Payment > '+Add a new element in commitment' and provide an image (60 x 60 px), a title, and text for each one. (Recommended icon format: square)
