How to receive automatic reports from Lizee Web Analytics?

Through Matomo, you can schedule the sending of data reports regarding the usage of your rental website.

Here are the steps to follow:

1. Click on the cogwheel in the top right to access the administration.

2. Click on Personal > Email Reports > Create and Schedule a report.

3. In the description, precisely define what you want to analyze through this report. For example: 'Evolution of visits over the last month and its impact on conversion.'

4. In the Email Schedule section, choose whether you will receive the report daily, weekly, or monthly.

5. Report Period corresponds to the amount of data to use, either from the last week, the last month, or more.

6. Select the time to send the report in 'Send report at X o'clock.'

7. Choose the report format: HTML, PDF, etc.

8. Specify the email addresses to which it should be sent.

9. Choose to view only tables, only charts, both, or, by default, have graphs only for key values, with the rest presented in table form.

10. Finally, select all the indicators to include in the report.
