  • 2 different templates: one for second-hand products, one for rentals.
  • The emails for vouchers valid on the e-commerce website or in-store are sent by the brand once issued.
  • Emails are constructed in Brevo and triggered via Make.
  • Sent once the warehouse has received and validated the condition of the items.
  • The voucher amount is adjusted based on the condition of the items.
