To successfully remove the product, you need to create a Jira ticket on bug.lizee.io to request its deletion.
In most cases, it's often preferred to simply deactivate products rather than deleting them. You can do this by unchecking the "Enabled" option under the product code. This way, the product will still exist in the catalog but won't be visible or available for purchase until you decide to re-enable it.
