Sent on Day +8 after the end of a date-to-date rental and on the anniversary date that follows the end of a Flex and Classic Subscription.

• The entire email setup is done in Prismic > Emails > Satisfaction Survey.

• Subject of the email in 'Email object' (Essential for successful email delivery):
• Title: 'Satisfaction Survey Title'
• Content: 'Main Text'
  
• Be sure to include the link to the satisfaction survey in the body of the email.
