Understanding the KPIs of this Dashboard
For Flex and Classic subscription models, there is still a dashboard in the OMS that contains data that will eventually be transferred to the RMS.
Orders for customers with an address containing 'test' or '@lizee.co' are excluded.
Here are details about this data.
Revenue:
- Revenue presented at the bottom left of the dashboard is inclusive of taxes (TTC), including orders with a subscription start date that has passed and those already paid. For now, it does not include orders that have just been placed and whose subscription start date has not yet been reached. For all revenue details, refer to this article.
- Average duration of a customer's subscription: in months. Only meaningful after a certain service lifetime.
