In the flex and classic subscription models, the "Subscriptions" view in the OMS indicates a state: active or not.
The state is set to "active" when the customer still has at least one product in their possession. It is set to "inactive" when the customer has returned all of their products.
Please note that an inactive subscription does not mean the customer will no longer rent products; they may choose to resume renting after taking a break.
