Whether it's for a Flex or a Classic Subscription, a set of deadlines is established to ensure that the return process proceeds smoothly.
Here are all of these deadlines.
Step 0
Day 0 - End of Subscription
The customer:
- Goes to their "My Account" section
- Selects all of their products
- Confirms the cancellation of their subscription
- Clicks to download the return label
OR
Day 0 - Modification of Subscription
The customer:
- Goes to their "My Account" section
- Selects certain rented products
- Clicks to "download the return label"
Step 1
Day 0 + BRD - Shipping Deadline
BRD (Brand Return Duration) is a variable that is the same for all rented products.
By default, it is 2 days.
The shipping deadline date is visible in the RMS (Return Management System) in the list of returns.
Step 2
Day 0 + BRD + 6 days - Anomaly Email
The anomaly email is sent on:
Day 0 + Brand return duration + 6 days
Only in the following two cases:
- The products have not been received at the warehouse by this date.
- The warehouse has not received all the products selected when downloading the Return Label.
It is necessary to specify the email address to which this email will be sent.
Step 3
Day 0 + X
The brand can at any time check how many products have been marked as returned by the customer vs. still in use.
