What are the return statuses?

Modified on Thu, 5 Oct, 2023 at 12:02 PM

Returns can have six different statuses:

  • Created: On a day-by-day basis, as soon as an order is prepared, a return is created in this status. In subscription (flex and classic subscription), it's when the customer clicks the button to return products that a return is created in this status.
  • Sent: The package has been sent.
  • In Transit: The package is no longer with the customer and has not yet reached its destination; it is at the carrier's facility. It is in the process of returning to the warehouse.
  • Arrived: The package has arrived but has not yet been processed by an operator.
  • Processed: The return has arrived at the warehouse or store, and the operator has scanned all the products it contains and selected "Processing of the package is complete.
