How to receive a second-hand package?

Modified on Tue, 11 Jul, 2023 at 10:47 AM

When customers want to sell a second-hand product on one of the Lizee platforms, they follow the path provided for in the Take-back program, during which they indicate which product they want to resell, its condition and under what form they want to be paid (E-commerce voucher, physical store, second-hand or rental).

A delivery label is then created to ensure the return.

On the warehouse side, a list of pick-ups indicates all second-hand pick-up packages that are expected to be received as well as their status:

  • pending (the package must be sent or it is in transit),
  • in process (an operator has started scanning the products in the package) or
  • processed (the package has been received and processed).

Upon receipt of a takeback package at the warehouse, here are the steps to follow:

  1. Returns > Register a return > Scan the barcode of the package
  2. For each of the items present in the package, select it on the screen, then check that the reference corresponds to the one present on the product label and click on Next if everything is correct.
  3. Check that the composition and brand labels are present and that the product is at least in the state indicated by the customer
  4. Add a PUID on the product label and scan it
  5. Repeat these steps as many times as there are products in the package.

As soon as all the products in the package are processed, click on "Processing of the parcel finished", even if products are displayed on the screen. The voucher received by the customer will be adjusted according to what was actually returned.

Once you've completed these steps, move on to refurbishing the product and then putting it online.
