Once products have been received in the warehouse and refurbished according to the appropriate instructions, it is time to photograph them to put them online.
To do this, follow these steps:
- Stock > Publish
- Scan the product PUID
- Search in the storage file for the 2 photos of the product, which will be displayed as the first 2 photos of the product before the photos from the catalog on the website.
- Check the product sheet and if necessary add a comment, which will be visible on the second-hand site, when selecting this product.
- Publish (the product does not appear on the site until a location is associated with it, see here).

If it gets stuck
When scanning the product PUID, a message tells me that the PUID is not recognized, why?
The PUID scan for publishing products online only accepts products that have been fully refurbished, and therefore have the status "to restock". It is therefore necessary to consult this page to refurbish the product before publishing it online.
