How do the returns list filters work?

In the RMS, in the Returns > List of returns section, you have the possibility to filter by customer (in the sense of the brand concerned, which is therefore only useful for warehouses working with several brands), status of the return or issue.


To apply a filter, first choose the type of filter, for example Status:

Then choose the status(es) you want to keep in the view:

Even if a label containing the name of the applied status is already displayed, you still have to click on Apply (2 times) to see the results of the filter:

To remove a filter, click on the cross next to the created label:
