Printing transport labels

How to print the labels?

At the end of an order preparation, the transport labels are printed:

  • for date-to-date, outbound and inbound labels are generated
  • for flex and subscription, only the outbound label is generated (shipping slips sometimes have a limited lifespan and the desired return date is not known, so it is more interesting to generate the return slip when the customer wants to return)
  • for direct in-store withdrawals, a personalized label is generated, it is not mandatory to print it (since there is no carrier who will take charge of the package)

The number of transport labels to be generated is entered at the end of a preparation, when the number of packages for an order is requested: if an order includes many items, they could be placed in 2 packages or more.

To be able to print, the device on which you do the order preparation must of course be connected to the printer. Lizee is not responsible for the connection between these devices. For more information, you can consult the technical prerequisites for using the RMS in an optimal way.

Provided label formats

By default, labels are designed to be printed in A4 size.

At the moment, there is no other format available.

What should I do if I forgot to print the return labels at the end of an order preparation?

You can go to Outwards > Forth parcel list, click on the order that interests you then on the link under the 'Forth label'. For the return label, see below.

What if a customer has lost their return shipping label?

In the RMS, go to Returns > List of Returns and choose the line of the customer you are interested in.

You then find a link to the label that you can send back to the customer:
