Whether in visit logs or on the global dashboard, it can be beneficial to display only the data of customers who have added products to their cart but have not completed the checkout.
To achieve this, we use the concept of a Matomo segment:
1. Click on 'All visits,' then 'Add new segment.'
2. In the E-commerce section, select 'Revenue Left in Cart.'
3. Then, choose 'Greater than' and enter '0.'
4. Name the segment before applying it.
This filter can then be used across all views.
