Under what conditions can an order be cancelled?

To be able to cancel a date to date, flex or classic subscription order, both conditions have to be met:

  • the withdrawal period is not consumed (if it is 14 days after the order, it must not have exceeded the order date + 14 days). Attention, if there was less than the duration of the withdrawal period between the date of order and the date of rental, then the customer has agreed not to be able to use his withdrawal period, he can therefore no longer cancel his order.
  • the order is neither being prepared nor prepared (nor any of the following statuses).

The second rule implies that for subscriptions, you cannot cancel a renewal order because the customer already has the products at home, only the first monthly payment of his subscription can be canceled, before it is sent.


To the question: does a cancellation of an order in flex or classic subscription concern one or more monthly payments? One can answer that it necessarily concerns only the first monthly payment since the others cannot be canceled.
